Putting Yourself In Danger Is No ‘Accident’

The on-air dog attack on TV anchor Kyle Dyer was a horrific event. It would be even more tragic if the lessons of that teaching moment are not learned by the audience.

Below is the tape of Kyle after the surgery talking about her ordeal. At about 35 seconds into the tape she talks about the event being an ‘unfortunate accident’ – ‘I didn’t see any danger’. Dear readers – putting your face near the face of a stressed and traumatized dog, hugging that dog, this is a recipe for a very dangerous situation.

If you put yourself in danger – it’s no accident. Education and respect is the key. Let’s all try and learn from this.
